Refund policy
Damaged or Faulty Item
If your item has arrived and is faulty, damaged, or not working as intended, please notify us as soon as possible. Once you have notified us, we will arrange for the return of the product for assessment. Once we have confirmed the damage or fault, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
You've Changed Your Mind
If you've changed your mind you can return your item as long as it's unopened, in mint condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. If the item does not arrive in this condition, Langbein reserves the right to reject the return or may at its sole discretion apply a 20% restocking fee/damaged return fee, which will be deducted from any credit issued. The shipping for the return will also be at the cost of the buyer. Once we've received the item and our returns team confirms everything checks out OK, you will receive an account credit which can be used to purchase a replacement item. Account credit for change of mind returns will expire 3 years after the date of issue, so make sure you use this to purchase something awesome right away!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@langbein.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
